- Standard Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 24 to 48 hours after they are processed and confirmed. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and your location.
- Same-Day Delivery: Available for certain products in select areas. Orders must be placed by 12 PM for same-day delivery.
- Custom Orders: Items such as fresh meat and vegetables may have specific delivery schedules to ensure freshness. You will be notified of the estimated delivery time during the ordering process.
We aim to meet the estimated delivery times, but delays may occur due to factors such as weather conditions, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Delivery Charges
- Free Delivery: Available on orders above a certain value, which will be specified during the checkout process.
- Standard Delivery Charges: For orders below the free delivery threshold, delivery charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout. Charges vary based on your location and order size.
- Express Delivery: Additional charges may apply for express or same-day delivery. These charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of your delivery. This tracking system helps you stay informed of your order’s status.
5. Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our customer support team to verify the status of your order.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery team will attempt to deliver your order to the provided address. If no one is available to receive the order:
- We will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.
- After multiple unsuccessful attempts, the order may be returned to us, and we will contact you for further instructions. Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.

If you have any special delivery instructions (e.g., a preferred time slot, or a request to leave the package with a neighbor), please provide this information during the checkout process. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
8. Product Availability
- In-Stock Items: Products available in our inventory are typically processed and shipped within the stated delivery window.
- Out-of-Stock Items: In case an item is out of stock, we will inform you immediately and provide alternative options or a refund.
- Pre-Orders: Items marked as pre-orders will have an estimated delivery date mentioned on the product page.
